    Bookings are managed via Calendly. Session notes or client tracking information may be stored manually in Excel and Google Drive, strictly for service delivery and follow-up.

    Emails or messages exchanged with us for inquiries, bookings, support, or follow-up communication.

We process your personal data only when there is a lawful basis under GDPR, including consent, contract performance, or legal obligation.
