After five sessions, we’ll reassess how you feel. Since healing isn’t linear, your progress will depend on various factors, including the time and commitment you invest in yourself.
My goal is to guide you in developing your own healing rituals—gradually integrating the somatic practices you’ll learn with me so that you can continue your journey independently if and when you choose to.
