My method is simple, intuitive, and designed to integrate effortlessly into your daily life. Gradually, I'll guide you back to your authentic self. 
This isn’t talk therapy. We don’t need to relive your past. Instead, we work with what’s happening in your body right now—so you can build emotional resilience, feel more grounded, and start to feel safe in your own skin again.
When we go through stress, trauma, or long-term overwhelm, our nervous system can stay stuck in survival mode—making it hard to rest, sleep, feel calm, get things done, or even trust ourselves.
Through gentle somatic (body-based) practices, breathwork, movement, and nervous system education, I guide you to listen to your body, release stored tension, and find your own rhythm of regulation.
